At Digital Insurance Bundles, we provide a 14-day "Activation Review" period. If you choose to deactivate your policy architecture within the first 14 calendar days of issuance, you are eligible for a full premium reconciliation, provided no claims have been initiated during this timeframe.
Upon cancellation after the 14-day review window, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis. You will only be debited for the exact duration of the active coverage window, plus a nominal administrative protocol fee. Any remaining premium balance will be returned via the original payment node.
Select specialized activation fees, including third-party asset appraisal costs or global medical coordination fees, are non-refundable once the service has been initialized or the policy has been underwritten.
To initialize a refund protocol, please connect directly with our "Financial Reconciliation" department via the secure contact node or your digital dashboard. Settlements are typically finalized and disbursed within 5 to 7 business days.
